This handsome adult male Western Hognose is a healthy, well-established snake with plenty of personality. He is an approximately CB2023 Albino Superconda and is a great chunky example of the species.
Like many hognoses, he can occasionally be a little hissy and dramatic, but this is all part of their charm. He is a typical hognose with plenty of character and would suit someone looking for an unusual, entertaining species.

Western Hognoses are terrestrial snakes and benefit from a secure enclosure with plenty of opportunities to hide and burrow. A suitable setup should include multiple hides, plenty of clutter and a substrate that allows for natural burrowing behaviour.

Cool Side: 22–24°C
Night Drop: 20–22°C
They do not require particularly high humidity, although humidity may be increased slightly during shedding if needed.
