Where is our shop?

We currently only have one shop located in Gravel Hill in Chalfont St Peter, just on the outskirts of London in the UK.

Can you re-home my reptile?

We can take in your reptile as a surrender and assist with its re-homing, subject to approval and availability.

What types of reptiles do you sell?

We offer a variety of reptiles, including snakes, lizards, tortoises, and amphibians. Popular options include royal pythons, bearded dragons, crested geckos and leopard geckos. Availability varies, so visit our store or contact us for current stock.

Do you sell feeder insects and rodents?

Yes, we provide a range of live and frozen feeders. Live feeders include crickets, locusts, mealworms, morioworms and dubia roaches. Frozen options include mice, rats, and chicks. We also carry prepared food toppers for certain reptiles.

Do you offer reptile supplies and enclosures?

We stock a full range of reptile care essentials, including tanks, heating lamps, UVB bulbs, hides, substrates, and water dishes. Whether you’re setting up a habitat for a larger snake or a tarantula, we can help you find the right equipment.

Can I handle the reptiles before purchasing?

Handling policies vary based on species and staff availability. Most reptiles can be handled with supervision to ensure a positive interaction, while species such as chameleons should remain undisturbed. We also require hand sanitization before and after handling to maintain a safe environment.

Do you offer a guarantee on reptiles?

Yes, we have a 7-day health guarantee policy covering reptiles housed in appropriate conditions with proof of proper husbandry and knowledge. In the event of any health concerns, we will collaborate with you to address the issue.

Do you offer reptile health checks?

Although we have animal qualifications, we do not provide veterinary services but our staff can assist in identifying a range of health concerns like shedding issues, feeding problems, or unusual behaviour as well as help you to resolve them. If necessary, we can recommend experienced exotic veterinarians in the area.

Can I return or exchange a reptile?

We generally do not accept returns on live animals. However, if you are unable to care for your reptile, we may be able to assist with rehoming. Refunds are only provided in cases where a reptile was found to be sick upon purchase.
