These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop (this website) and any other online sales channels we use. Please note that terms may differ when purchasing from our physical shop in person or over the phone.

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase animals and reptiles from us. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian (aged 18+) must place an order on your behalf.

Enclosure and Kit Checks

As licensed and responsible reptile sellers, we must ensure every animal is placed in a suitable home.

  • After placing an order, we will contact you via email to discuss the enclosure and set-up for the animal(s) you’ve ordered.

  • If you already have an enclosure and necessary equipment (such as heating), we will require proof of its suitability before releasing the animal(s) to you.

    • You can attach photos of your setup in response to our email.

    • If collecting from our shop, please bring photos on your phone for in-store verification.

  • If your existing kit is deemed unsuitable and you are unable to obtain the necessary setup, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

  • If you do not have an enclosure and kit, we offer all necessary products to ensure proper housing, feeding, and care for your reptile.

Animal Order Cancellations

Cancellation Before Collection

We currently offer in-store collection only, though we are working towards providing mainland UK deliveries.

  • You have until the moment you leave our shop with the animal(s) to cancel your order with us.

  • If you visit our shop and decide the animal(s) are not the right fit for you, our staff can assist in finding an alternative or process a cancellation.

Abandoned Animal Orders

  • We will use the contact details provided with your order to arrange collection and perform necessary set-up checks.

  • If we are unable to reach you and do not hear back within 30 days, we will consider the order abandoned.

  • For abandoned orders, we reserve the right to retain both the animal(s) and the total payment received. This is to account for expenses related to housing, feeding, and caring for the animal(s) during the reservation period.
